**Responsibilities**:
Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues.
Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing.
Provide test estimations and contribute to planning sessions.
Mentor junior QA testers and support best practices within the QA team.
Participate in continuous process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QA activities.
**Requirements**:
5+ years of experience in manual software testing.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience testing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, APIs, etc.).
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
Ability to write clear and concise test cases, bug reports, and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
**Nice to Have**:
Exposure to automation frameworks or scripting (to collaborate effectively with automation teams).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working in IT services or software consulting environments.
