**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Meet and exceed weekly targets for resume submissions, interviews, and placements
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (U.S. staffing agency or BPO recruitment highly preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (strong written and spoken skills in both)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or similar sourcing tools




- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet performance targets
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (CST) consistently
