About the Role: Sales Intake Representative As a Sales Intake Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—serving as the warm, knowledgeable voice that introduces them to our firm. You'll guide them from their initial outreach through to a formal legal consultation with one of our experienced attorneys. Your empathy, professionalism, and clarity will set the tone for a strong and lasting attorney-client relationship.

What You'll Do Every Day

- Create Exceptional First Impressions Represent the firm with warmth, confidence, and professionalism from the very first interaction. Make clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
- Handle Client Calls with Care Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients. Answer questions clearly, assess their needs, and schedule consultations with our legal team.
- Own the Client Journey Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to attorney handoff.

Requirements

- We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of sales experience in a call center environment. Please ensure your relevant sales experience is clearly reflected on your resume
- We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders
- This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity
