Front Desk Helpers is a woman-founded outsourcing company based in New Jersey, USA, established in 2015. Our areas of expertise are talent solutions for healthcare, IT, telecommunications, transportation, architecture, HR management and other fields.

At the moment, we are seeking exceptional phone sales professionals to join our team. This role is adecuado for someone who is highly energetic, driven, competitive, and confident on the phone - someone who knows how to sell services, not just follow a script.

Our Sales Specialists are the first point of contact and the voice of the company. This means professionalism, warmth, compassion, and credibility are just as important as sales performance. We’re looking for individuals with a true “bulldog grip”: persistent, resilient, and confident - without ever being aggressive or pushy.

What You’ll Do

- Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls
- Engage with warm and cold leads professionally and confidently
- Build rapid rapport and establish trust with callers
- Actively listen to callers’ needs and guide the conversation




- Pre-qualify leads and convert them into enrollments
- Accurately document calls and outcomes in the system
- Collaborate closely with the enrollment and intake teams
- Represent the agency with empathy, credibility, and care at all times

Language Requirements

- English is required

Strongly preferred:

- Bilingual: English–Spanish
- Trilingual: English–Spanish–Russian

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 am — 5:00 pm or 10:00 am - 6:00 pm according to New York time.
