- Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote ONLY in Guadalajara Key Skills: Salesforce, SOQL, REST, SOAP

Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech

We are currently looking to onboard a Oracle Database Engineer (DBA) with strong expertise in Oracle, SQL, Oracle Database Appliance (ODA), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to support our critical database infrastructure and enterprise applications.

Tech Skills:

- Salesforce platform configuration and customization
- Apex programming (classes, triggers, async processing)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows (record‑triggered and screen flows)
- SOQL / SOSL and query optimization
- Salesforce data model and relationships
- Security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud hands‑on experience
- REST / SOAP API integrations
- Experience with middleware or enterprise integrations (e.g., MuleSoft or equivalent)
- Salesforce deployments and environment management (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
- CI/CD or release management for Salesforce
- Apex unit testing and code coverage compliance
- Agile / Scrum or SAFe delivery experience
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Configuration

- Declarative Tools: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes
- Object & Field Management: Custom objects, fields, relationships (lookup, master-detail, many-to-many)

Customization (Apex & LWC)

- Apex: Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Scheduled Jobs, Future Methods
- Governor Limits:



Bulkification, SOQL/DML best practices, avoiding limits violations
- Lightning Web Components (LWC): Component lifecycle, wire service, event handling, parent-child communication

Integrations

- REST & SOAP APIs: Salesforce standard APIs, callouts from Apex, named credentials
- Platform Events & Change Data Capture (CDC): Event-driven architecture, real-time integrations
- Middleware: MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar iPaaS tools

Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge

- Core Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Cloud (deep expertise expected)
- Additional Clouds: Data 360 and Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Releases: Staying current with 3x annual releases, pre-release orgs
- AppExchange: Evaluating and managing managed packages

Architecture & Best Practices

- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Copado or similar deployment pipelines
- Design Patterns: Trigger frameworks (e.g., FFLIB), Service/Selector/Domain layers

Certifications (Nice to have

- PD1 and PD2 (Platform Developer)

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal & written English
