Salesforce Developer (Remote - Mexico) Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support a 6–12 month contract engagement focused on designing, building, extending, and integrating scalable Salesforce solutions. This role emphasizes strong technical craftsmanship, enterprise design patterns, and close collaboration with business stakeholders to solve complex business problems through clean, testable, and maintainable code. This position partners with functional teams and solution leads to deliver secure, performant, and reusable Salesforce implementations within a structured delivery timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery

Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions that balance flexibility, scalability, and maintainability

Think simultaneously in business problems and technical implementation, ensuring solutions align with real-world workflows

Design modular, reusable solutions using appropriate enterprise and object-oriented design patterns

Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical designs with functional and operational needs

Development & Customization

Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing Lightning Web Components (LWC), including communication models and Shadow DOM concepts

Low-code tools such as Flows and Process Builder

Build invocable Apex actions and Lightning components for use in Flows and orchestrated automation

Develop advanced triggers and custom processes (e.g., custom lead conversion logic)

Apply defensive programming techniques, dependency injection, and design patterns to create testable, maintainable code

Ensure proper test-driven development (TDD), test coverage, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

Integration & Data Management





Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using appropriate integration patterns

Develop and support API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and data synchronization pipelines

Work effectively with large data volumes, ensuring implicit bulkification and governor limit considerations from the outset

Apply Salesforce limits knowledge proactively in design and development

Security, Quality & Delivery Operations

Implement Salesforce security correctly in code, including:Profiles, roles, permission seProfiles, roles, permission Sharing rules, field-level security, and approval processes

Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, deployments, and release cutovers

Use source control systems and automated CI/CD pipelines to support reliable delivery

Write clean, well-documented code and provide technical documentation and handoff materials at the conclusion of the engagement

Key Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Strong expertise n:Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce automation tools

Salesforce security model and approval processes

Object-oriented programming and enterprise design patterns (e.g., Factory, Unit of Work, Facade, Decorator, Separation of Concerns)

Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance considerations.

Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using standard integration patterns.

Strong grasp of test-driven development, defensive coding, and dependency injection.

Experience working with modern SDLC practices, including:Git-based source controlAutomated build and release pipelines

Ability to work independently in a delivery-focused contract role Nice-to have

Salesforce certifications, including:Platform Developer I and Architect domain certifications (Integration Designer, Data Designer, etc.)

Experience with advanced CI/CD tooling (ANT, scripting languages, automated deployments).

Exposure to large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementatins.

Experience designing reusable frameworks or shared service layers within Salesforce
