Responsibilities The Opportunity The SAP AMS Cross Value Stream Lead (Senior Manager) – North America is responsible for driving alignment, integration, and execution across end-to-end SAP AMS value streams business solutions within a large-scale S/4HANA transformation environment.

Operating across all DSO value streams including Record-to-Report, Make-to-Deploy, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and other enterprise value streams, this role ensures that business processes, technology solutions, and delivery teams are fully aligned to enable seamless end-to-end operations with ITSM best practices of Incidents – Change – Problem management including new Projects transition intake to DSO. The role serves as a key integrator across functional, technical, and business teams, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution to drive DSO Quality assurances to avoid business disruptions. This position also owns end-to-end validation and release readiness across value streams, ensuring that changes are delivered in a controlled, high-quality manner with minimal disruption to the business.

Ensure comprehensive end-to-end scenario coverage and regression testing across value streams to protect production stability.

Cross Value Stream

Leadership & Integration

Lead alignment across SAP AMS/DSO value streams, ensuring integrated business processes and dependencies are clearly defined and managed

Act as the central point of coordination across functional, technical, and business teams

Drive collaboration between process owners, product teams, and delivery leads to ensure cohesive execution

Identify and proactively manage cross-stream risks, impacts, and dependencies

Release

Management & Deployment Leadership

Own the integrated release management process across SAP value streams, ensuring coordinated and predictable deployments

Define release strategy, cadence, and governance aligned to business priorities and transformation timelines

Coordinate release scope, dependencies, and readiness across multiple teams and systems

Lead release planning, cutover activities, and go-live execution to ensure minimal business disruption

Ensure clear communication of release content, risks, and impacts to stakeholders

Drive post-release stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of release processes

- End-to-End Testing & Validation Leadership

Lead and Drive VS AMS/DSO leads to complete end-to-end scenario validation and regression coverage across value streams to ensure production readiness and minimize business risk.

Define and enforce testing governance, including planning, scope,



entry/exit criteria, and defect management. Ensuring the proper scenarios are identified and executed.

Partner with business stakeholders & VS AMS /DSO leads to validate critical scenarios and ensure readiness for deployment

Drive coordination of integration testing cycles across SAP and non-SAP systems

Ensure effective defect triage, prioritization, and resolution across cross-functional teams

Process & Solution Alignment

Drive consistent, end-to-end process design and execution across sectors, functions, and geographies by partnering with business stakeholders to align solutions to operational outcomes, while standardizing processes and optimizing system integrations to reduce complexity and improve efficiency.

Partner with Sector AMS leads and Common services to identify the harmonization and adoption for best practices in ITSM process and the tools including Common Service Framework.

- Quality, Readiness & Risk Management

Own overall solution readiness across value streams, ensuring high-quality delivery with minimal business disruption

Oversee integrated validation activities, including regression and release readiness assessments

Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans across teams

Ensure adherence to quality standards, controls, and compliance requirements

- Stakeholder & Team Leadership

Partner with business and technology leaders to align priorities and drive outcomes

Serve as the escalation point for cross-value stream risks and issues

Communicate status, risks, and progress to senior leadership in a clear and structured manner

Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and collaboration

Improvement & Operating Excellence

Drive adoption of enterprise standards, tools, and best practices in ITSM process including Common Service framework across all AMS value streams.

Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency, simplify processes, and enhance team collaboration

Lead initiatives to improve delivery speed, quality, and predictability

Contribute to achieving transformation objectives and delivering measurable business value

Implement Intake process for NA SAP Sustain Scope changes in partnership with Sector Deployment teams, Sector AMS leads, Global Procurement, Vendor management, D&AI;, I&O;, IT Security & Controls and PwC

Implement common processes & the best practices as per Common Service framework

Day to day governance for Service Improvements, Performance measurement and Contractual obligations as per Common Service framework with a goal to deliver the committed benefits and best services to business in partnership with PepsiCo Integral Procurement and Vendor management teams

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience & Leadership

8+ years of experience in SAP program delivery, with a strong focus on cross-functional integration and large-scale transformation initiatives





Proven DSO experience leading cross–value stream initiatives across domains such as Record-to-Report, Make-to-Deploy, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and other enterprise value streams

Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-teams across multiple functions with both onshore and offshore resources

Strong experience operating in a matrixed environment, influencing without direct authority

SAP & Transformation Expertise

Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and integration points across modules

Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformations, deployments, or major releases

Strong knowledge of end-to-end business process flows and dependencies across SAP and integrated non-SAP systems

Familiarity with enterprise standards, governance models, and delivery frameworks

Testing, Quality & Release Management

Experience leading end-to-end testing and validation across multiple value streams, including regression strategy and execution

Strong understanding of integrated testing cycles, defect management, and release readiness processes

Proven experience managing release planning, cutover activities, and go-live execution

Knowledge of test automation and continuous testing practices is a plus

Program & Delivery Management (Ex: Break-fixes and Minor enhancements)

Strong planning and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies

Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling across large programs

Ability to drive structured governance, reporting, and performance tracking

Stakeholder & Communication Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technology teams

Strong facilitation and decision-making skills in complex, fast-paced environments

Education & Other

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business, or a related field

SAP certification or relevant program management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus
