What You'll Do
Lead a team of Implementation Specialists to provide technical guidance during user implementations. Oversee project delivery by monitoring project health, quality, and SLA compliance. Manage team capacity through project assignments and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives and advocate for exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in building and leading high performing professional services or customer success/support teams in a high growth technology environment. 10+ years of customer facing experience in an infrastructure, platform, or SaaS business. Strong analytical skills and ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
