SECURITY COORDINATOR CCTV ROOM & SECURITY OPERATIONS We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Security Coordinator to manage daily CCTV operations and support the implementation of security strategies to protect our people, assets, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the CCTV room, ensuring effective monitoring and incident response
- Support asset protection activities through CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security platforms
- Coordinate security incidents, investigations, and follow-up actions
- Ensure compliance with security procedures, monitor system performance, and maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security awareness and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in security operations, CCTV monitoring, or asset protection
- Experience working in a CCTV control room environment
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, and monitoring platforms
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Intermediate to Advanced English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
