**️** MacOS Engineer - Intune Application & OS Management**
**Overview**
**️** Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement automated workflows for OS updates and patch management
- Monitor and remediate MacOS vulnerabilities in alignment with security policies
- Collaborate with InfoSec and IT teams to ensure compliance with endpoint protection standards
- Maintain and optimize device configuration profiles, policies, and conditional access rules
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide Tier 3 support for MacOS endpoints
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing
- Stay current with Apple’s enterprise management tools, Intune updates, and security advisories
*** Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience managing MacOS devices in an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of **Apple MDM protocols**, Intune, or other MacOS management platforms
- Proficiency in **shell scripting (Bash,



Zsh)** and automation tools (e.g., Python, Swift, AutoPkg)
- Familiarity with **macOS update mechanisms**, security patching, and vulnerability remediation
- Experience with **certificate management**, **Zscaler**, and **endpoint protection tools** like **CrowdStrike Falcon**:
- Knowledge of **Apple Business Manager**, **Volume Purchasing**, and **DEP enrollment workflows**:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience integrating MacOS devices into a Zero Trust architecture
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Experience with GitHub or other version control systems for managing scripts and configurations
