Position Summary
The Cash Operation Analyst is also responsible for providing the proper information to the compliance auditors and solution for the audit issues
Key Responsibilities
- Proper use and control of bank portals.
- Follow up the department compliance policies and processes.
- Weekly disbursement payment proposal creation and programing.
- Analysis of rejected payments and follow up to solve the issues
- Payment re-sets, research and resolve vendor bank data issues within agreed timeframe
- Creation of the daily cash journals
- Bank Reconciliations elaboration on time, to ensure that the balance between AX and banks statements are up to date.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred Accounting; Administration or Finance Bachelor´s Degree.
- +2 years post-graduation work experience.
- Well handling of the Microsoft tools and banking portals
- A good working knowledge of ERP and other Financial systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Capable to read and understand the bank statements.
- Must be results oriented, decisive, proactive and focused with good attention to detail.
- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and always work with a team work ethic
- Significant analytical skills, combining good technical knowledge with good balance and judgement relating to accounting, financial and commercial issues
- Good English language mandatory, other language skills desirable.
