- As part of the EIS (Enterprise Integration Services) operations team, _Analyst, Application Technology _play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of enterprise IT systems. The team is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure that supports core business functions and enables innovation across the organization._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Ensure operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and proactive incident management._
- _ Technologies & Tools_
- _ Middleware and Integration Platforms: webMethods, Mulesoft._
- _ Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) skills combine both technical and soft capabilities to ensure system reliability and availability._
- _ Automation: Chef, Ansible, Git_
- _ Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud_
- _ Monitoring & Orchestration: ELK, Portainer, Uptime Kuma_
- _ AI/ML Integration: Copilot, ChatGPT for task automation_

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ Infrastructure Management: Expertise in managing enterprise systems, servers, and network components._
- _ Automation & Scripting: Proficient in Unix shell scripting and tools like Chef, Ansible, and Git._
- _ Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Cloud) for deployment and administration._
- _ Monitoring & Orchestration: Familiarity with tools such as ELK Stack, Portainer, Uptime Kuma._
- _ Protocols & Integration: Knowledge of communication protocols (HTTP/S, FTP, SOAPUI) and LDAP.AI/ML Tools: Use of Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar tools for task automation and operational efficiency._
- _ Incident & Problem Management: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues efficiently._
- _ Time Management: Strong prioritization skills to meet SLAs and deadlines._
- _ Resilience Under Pressure: Maintains professionalism and composure in high-stress environments._
- _ Proactive Thinking: Identifies and solves problems independently with innovative approaches._
