**Internship Description**
**In your paid-internship you will learn to**:
- How to provide direct **support**to employees, HR colleagues, and management by assisting with various HR-related tasks and requests.
- How to respond to questions regarding HR **policies**, **programs**, and **procedures**, or route them to the appropriate team member when needed.
- How to assist with processing electronic and paper-based forms related to **HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities.**:
- How to enter and **update employee information**in the HR system/database accurately and on time.
- How to support general administrative tasks within the HR Service Center to help ensure **smooth operations.
**Your Profile**
**You are best equipped for this internship if you are**:
- **Currently pursuing a degree**in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field, with an expected graduation date in **Summer 2026.**:
- **Fluent in English**, with good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- **Detail-oriented**, able to assist with accurate documentation and processes under guidance.
- Organized, with the willingness to **support multiple tasks**while learning effective time management techniques.




- Curious and proactive, eager to identify challenges and **suggest ideas for improvement under supervision.**:
- **Team-oriented,**able to work in a collaborative environment and build professional relationships.
- **Adaptable**, **flexible**to adjust to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Genuinely interested in human resources**, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
