**Location: Parque Industrial Fernandez**:
**1st Shift: Monday to Wednesday 6:00 to 18:00 hrs and Thursday 6:00 to 17:00 hrs.**:
**Main functions**:
- Production planning: develop and implement detailed production plans based on demand forecasts production capacity and inventory levels.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products while Minimizes downtime and maximizes resource utilization.
- Demand forecasting and analysis: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends, customer demand and sales forecasts to adjust production plans accordingly.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand. Customer demand without excess stock or shortage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing and logistics,



to align production plans with overall business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements and cost reduction in processes production planning and scheduling.
- Communication: Effectively communicate production plans, schedules, and any potential problems to relevant stakeholders, ensuring a transparent and collaborative work environment.
- Compliance with quality standards: guarantee that production plans align with quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the commitment to deliver products of the highest quality
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual: English-Spanish
- Experience in a similar position
- Advanced level of Excel
- IFS Cloud is a plus
