Overview:
IDC is seeking an experienced **Recruiter** to support a fast-paced hiring project focused on bilingual (Spanish-English) roles in **Market Research** and **Technology**. This is a full-time, remote position based in Mexico, idóneo for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can deliver results quickly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bilingual roles in Market Research and Technology.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of recruitment activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in bilingual (Spanish-English) roles.
- Strong understanding of Market Research and Technology profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with remote hiring tools and platforms.
- Must be able to issue invoices in accordance with Mexican fiscal regulations.
