**Requirements**:
- _**Education**:_ Industrial Engineer, Automotive Systems Engineer, Mechanical or related.
- Advanced English

- **Experience**:_
Manufacturing processes in automotive sector, AutoCAD, Quality systems (ISO9001:2015/IATF16 949:2016), Core Tools (APQP, **AMEF**, CP), Problem solving tools (8D’s, Ishikawa, DOE (**Minitab**)), Knowledge of WI, flowcharts, standardized work, Lean manufacturing tools (tack time, line balancing, JIT, SMED, Kaizen, Poka yoke, plant distribution, VSM, pull system). 6 months in a similar position
Primary duties/responsibilities:




- Develop and configure the cutting flow according to the characteristics of the product and process to reduce variability and waste.
- Proposed process flows according to the characteristics of the product for new model launches.
- Propose, develop, and train work methods for operations according to the needs of the project and the plant.
- Participating in FMEA audits.
- Generate, update, and improve operational documents such as HOE, ET, AV, MN, IT, and FR
- Perform DOE's (Design of Experiments) and document process capability results
- Prepare and update the FMEA and flowchart for new products in production and pre-launch phases
