HR Manager
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and execute Human Resources strategies within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, strengthening employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and ensure consistency of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Develop and execute talent retention and employee engagement strategies.

Manage performance evaluation and feedback processes.

Oversee employee relations and promote a positive work environment.

Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.

Handle employee relations cases and maintain proper documentation.

Collaborate with leadership teams to provide HR guidance and support.





Lead or participate in regional and general HR initiatives.

Develop strategies to achieve HR KPIs.

Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a strong organizational culture.
Requirements (Mandatory)
Advanced English (written and spoken).

Proven experience in manufacturing / maquiladora industry.

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Experience in payroll, compensation, and employee relations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
