**What you’ll do**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles within the pharmaceutical industry, supporting one of our leading clients.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs using innovative sourcing techniques.
- Collaborate with the HR and talent acquisition teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and best practices.
**You’ll be someone who can bring**:
- 4+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry or a highly regulated environment.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
- Successful track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple functions and levels.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing strategies.
- A proactive,



organized approach with the ability to handle multiple requisitions efficiently.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
