We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to lead a large-scale infrastructure migration following a post-merger environment consolidation.

? What you’ll work on:

- Migrate 1,800+ legacy VMs into a consolidated environment
- Execute Active Directory domain consolidation
- Migrate workloads across VMware vSphere & vCenter
- Automate large-scale migrations using PowerShell
- Troubleshoot GPO, DNS, authentication, access & connectivity issues
- Work closely with the Infrastructure Lead to manage risks, dependencies & blockers

? Must have:

✅ Hands-on Active Directory domain migration experience

✅ Strong VMware vSphere & vCenter migration experience

✅ PowerShell automation for bulk migrations

✅ Strong troubleshooting skills across GPO, DNS & authentication





✅ Business-level English

✅ Ability to independently own a migration workstream

✅ Located in Mexico, Colombia

⭐ Nice to have: Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, M&A; infrastructure consolidation, and multi-site data center environments.

⚠️ This is a migration-focused role — we’re looking for someone who has actually led or executed large-scale AD and VMware migrations, not only managed existing environments.
