We’re Hiring | Senior Delivery Manager (Remote)

At One Call, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives, drive Agile delivery excellence, and partner with executive leadership to deliver strategic business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

✅ Lead enterprise-level technology programs from planning through execution.

✅ Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

✅ Drive Agile best practices and continuous process improvement.

✅ Manage program risks, dependencies, roadmaps, and delivery metrics.

✅ Coach and mentor Delivery Managers and Agile teams.

✅ Present business updates and strategic recommendations to senior executives.

What we’re looking for

✔️ 10+ years of Program or Delivery Management experience.





✔️ 6+ years leading cross-functional technology teams.

✔️ Strong experience with Agile, Lean, Scrum, or SAFe.

✔️ Excellent executive stakeholder management skills.

✔️ Experience working in complex, multinational organizations.

✔️ Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

✔️ Advanced English (required) – daily collaboration with U.S.-based leadership.

Nice to have

⭐ Healthcare, Insurance, or other regulated industry experience.

⭐ Agile certifications (SAFe, PgMP, SPC, DASSM, or similar).

⭐ Experience building or transforming Agile Delivery organizations.
