Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service

- Configure and extend Model-Driven Apps, forms, dashboards, business rules, and Dataverse components

- Support digital contact center and omnichannel scenarios (chat, email, voice, case management)

- Develop server-side components with C#/.NET (plugins, Azure Functions, custom workflows)

- Create and maintain client-side customizations with JavaScript in the Unified Interface

- Design integrations with enterprise systems via APIs, Azure Integration Services, and Power Platform

- Automate business processes with Power Automate

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices

- Contribute to ALM, CI/CD, and release management processes

- Optional: Support Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights initiatives

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dataverse, and Model-Driven Apps

- Server-side development with C#/.NET and client-side with JavaScript

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps required; Power Apps/Power BI preferred)





- Integration of Dynamics 365 with APIs and external systems

- Experience in Agile environments

- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)

- Ability to work across integral, cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM for Dynamics 365/Power Platform

- AI-powered service solutions

- Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service

- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and cloud-based architectures

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications

- Experience in global enterprise environments
