**Role Description**:
The Data Specialist will assist Data Quality Management processes and Chief Data Offices with the development and testing of Snowflake including scheduler jobs within cloud environments. This person will be preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Evaluate information technology systems operations to determine user needs and requirements and recommend ways to improve systems. The adecuado person has experience with data analysis, data migrations and data quality management processes.
**Education & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- **Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal, written)**:
- **4+ years’ experience data migration and/or data management within cloud environments (AWS)**:
- **Previous experience developing and testing Snowflake including knowledge of scheduler jobs**:
- AML domain experience is required
- Strong understanding Data Quality Processes is a must
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes
**Plus**:
- Previous experience in design and development of data quality reporting frameworks is highly desired
- Previous experience in banking/financial sectors is a plus
**Job Duties**:
- Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents for Snowflake testing, including scheduler jobs,



and data migrations between virtual, cloud and data warehouse environments.
- Understand the business requirement while serving as technical liaison between teams regarding new system implementations, development, integration, and changes while collaborating with management to design technical solution.
- Serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff on nonproduction and production environments.
- Understand the business requirement or the downstream process requirements while serving as technical liaison between teams regarding new system implementations, development, integration, and changes while collaborating with management to design technical solution.
- Review test scope, test approach/strategies, manage defects closing during the SIT and UAT.
- Ensure adherence to Data Quality Rules and ensure development guide and best practice for developing solutions are followed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
