We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to design and build secure backend services and REST APIs for an asset movement platform in a wealth management context.

Responsibilities Design secure backend services and API contracts for platform capabilities

Build backend microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot

Develop and maintain production code with a focus on reliability and security

Conduct code reviews and enforce agreed engineering standards

Write unit tests and ensure sufficient coverage for critical components

Follow CI and quality practices to support consistent delivery

Participate in Scrum ceremonies to align on goals, progress, and risks

Estimate work and contribute to planning sessions with realistic commitments Requirements 3+ years of Java development experience in backend services

REST API design and development experience





Strong leadership skills to influence engineering best practices and code quality

Solid project estimation skills for development tasks in agile delivery

Hands-on Spring Boot skills for microservices development

Strong code review skills and ability to provide actionable feedback

Strong unit testing skills and knowledge of CI best practices

Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration in Scrum ceremonies

Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency for daily communication Nice to have APIs and Integration experience across internal and external systems

GitHub Copilot experience for GenAI-assisted development workflows
