What You'll Do:

Commercial

Strategy &

- Execution

- Translate commercial strategy into actionable sales plans across channels (retail, foodservice, industrial, export as applicable)

- Drive execution of sales initiatives to deliver revenue growth, profitability, and market share

- Optimize portfolio performance, balancing growth, margin, and customer mix

- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of key business projects and sales objectives

2. Portfolio &

- Business Ownership

- Own a significant portion of the business portfolio with full accountability for performance outcomes

- Establish sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs aligned with business objectives

- Monitor performance trends and implement corrective actions as needed

- Ensure disciplined execution of commercial policies, governance, pricing protocols, and tools

3. Customer &

- Market Leadership

- Lead strategic relationships with key customers and distributors





- Identify and capture new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships

- Leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to inform strategy

4. Team Leadership &

- Capability Building

- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and broader sales teams

- Build a high-performing, accountable, and customer-focused sales organization

- Drive talent development, succession planning, and engagement for the local sales team

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

- 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales or Commercial roles

- Proven experience leading multi-channel sales teams

- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability

- Experience managing strategic customer relationships and negotiations

- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen, experience in Food Manufacturing or Consumer Goods preferred
