We are looking for a

Senior Python Engineer, Growth

Design and build backend services and data pipelines that power growth experiments, analytics, and ML-backed product features to improve activation and retention.

Tasks

- Design and implement scalable Python services and APIs (Django, FastAPI, or similar).
- Build reliable ETL pipelines, event ingestion, and feature stores to enable experimentation and analytics.
- Instrument product features for rigorous A/B testing and causal analysis.
- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models and implement model-driven growth loops.
- Improve observability, reliability, and cost-efficiency of backend systems on cloud platforms.

Requirements

- 4+ years backend/Python experience, building production services and data pipelines.
- Experience with data engineering, event design, and experimentation platforms.
- Comfort with SQL, data modeling, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP) including serverless or containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with MLOps patterns and productionizing models is a plus.
