What You Will Do:
- Drive Market Growth: Lead the commercial strategy and market expansion for EFI Wide Format solutions across Mexico City.
- High-Impact Prospecting: Identify, target, and acquire high-value corporate clients in the industrial, packaging, and large-format advertising sectors.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: From cold-prospecting and technical-commercial proposals to C-level negotiation and closing.
- Pipeline Excellence: Build, track, and execute a high-volume sales funnel to consistently beat target quotas.

What We Are Looking For:
- Education:



Bachelor’s degree completed (Degree/Cédula is mandatory).
- Track Record: 7+ years in high-value B2B consultative sales (machinery, capital equipment, or industrial technology). Prior experience with EFI or direct competitors in the graphic arts industry is a major advantage.
- Core Competencies: Mastery of consultative selling methodologies, aggressive key account hunting, financial/commercial proposal structuring, and top-tier negotiation skills.
- Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and Excel.
- Plus: Own vehicle and valid US Visa are desirable.

Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $40,000.00 MXN gross/month.
- Commissions: Uncapped performance-based commission scheme.
- Benefits Above the Law: 30 days of Aguinaldo (Christmas bonus).
- Work Tools: Corporate laptop and smartphone.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Fridays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Location: Álvaro Obregón, CDMX.
- Contract: Direct hire with an initial 3-month evaluation period.
