Position Summary
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition- Proven success in full lifecycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Required Qualifications- Demonstrated ability to manage 15-25 requisitions simultaneously- Experience using Workday Recruiting or similar ATS platforms- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills- Ability to identify and resolve hiring obstacles with a solution-oriented mindset
