**Maintenance Engineer**
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring performance, safety, and continuous development.
- Oversee maintenance activities and implement TPM practices to enhance machine reliability and reduce downtime.
- Develop and maintain a maintenance schedule for timely execution of tasks.
- Analyze downtime, identify root causes, and take corrective actions to improve equipment performance.
- Enforce safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide technical expertise in PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting.
- Control spare parts inventory to reduce downtime.
- Assist in the design of maintenance areas and the setup of new equipment.
- Supervise contractors for facility and machinery upgrades.
- Plan and execute internal and external maintenance projects.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).




- 3+ years of experience in a maintenance engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with downtime analysis, OEE, MTTR, and MTTF metrics.
- Expertise in PLC programming, electrical and mechanical systems, and predictive maintenance.
- Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and safety standards.
- Proficient in English for communication and reporting.
