PURPOSE OF THE POSITION To support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing and Robot cell processes by integrating robotics, PLC systems, and industrial automation technologies. The position is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable production line operations through equipment commissioning, process optimization, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and corporate engineering standards within an automotive manufacturing environment.
RESPONSABILITIES Supporting the implementation of new projects in close collaboration with cross‑functional project teamsProgramming FANUC / Kuka / Comau industrial robots using Teach Pendant (TP) languageProgramming Siemens S7 / Allen Bradley / PLCs Integrating robotic systems with PLCs via PROFINET communicationPerforming start‑up and commissioning of robotic production lines in the automotive industryCooperating with corporate design teams and equipment suppliers to ensure proper installation in accordance with customer specifications and safety standardsSupport Process Engineer in Creating process flow charts, PFMEA/FMEA,
and work instructions based on project documentationActive involvement in the development of technical specifications and machine safety requirementsCoordinating and executing testing activities for new equipment and manufacturing processesCreation of Preventive maintenance plan and routines for robopt cellDefinne list of critical spare parts for robot cell
Developing work instructions and safety instructions, and conducting operator and maintenance trainingCreating and updating time studies and cycle‑time analyses and implement optimizationsDesigning layouts for robot cell equipment and production areasOrganizing and participating in internal and external trial builds, including supplier FAT and plant SATPreparing process parameter cards and setup documentation for robot cellAnalyzing root causes of failures, optimizing process parameters, and implementing corrective actionsTroubleshooting production and automation issues to ensure stable and efficient robot cell operation

Perfil Mecatronic Eng
Master degree deseable/is a plus
Cualificado English Level
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry
Experience in Laser degating Injection molding machine
