Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Site Manager to lead and oversee operations at our facility in San Luis Potosí. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overall site management, operational performance, environment, health, and safety (EHS), quality, budget execution, and team development.

You will drive operational excellence across manufacturing, assembly, and service delivery while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with world-class industrial automation and electrification standards.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

- Operational Leadership & Strategic Execution
- Direct and optimize daily plant operations, assembly lines, service operations, and supply chain activities at the facility.
- Drive operational excellence using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize throughput, reduce lead times, and control operating costs.
- Ensure local execution aligns directly with regional and global business unit strategies.
- EHS, Quality & Regulatory Compliance
- Serve as the primary custodian of site Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, driving a zero-harm safety culture.
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws, environmental regulations (SEMARNAT, STPS), and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Lead quality management initiatives to ensure products and engineering services meet strict customer specifications and international standards.
- Financial Management & P&L; Accountability
- Manage site operational budgets, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and operational expenses (OPEX).
- Drive profitability through cost-optimization projects, productivity improvements, and inventory control.
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) including OEE, On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, scrap rate, and absorption.
- People Leadership & Local Governance
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing local engineering, operations, and administrative team.
- Partner with Human Resources on labor relations, talent management,



upskilling, and retention initiatives.
- Represent the company locally with regional government authorities, industrial park management, vendors, and key customer visits.

Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s in Operations is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive management experience in industrial manufacturing, heavy electrical equipment, or automation systems, with at least 3–5 years in a Site Manager, Plant Manager, or Operations Director role.

Technical & Professional Skills

- Industry Domain: Deep familiarity with power distribution systems, electrification hardware, transformers, drives, or industrial automation platforms.
- Continuous Improvement: Certified Lean Master or Six Sigma Black/Green Belt with proven plant-level execution experience.
- Language: Fully Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) for executive communication with global headquarters and regional stakeholders.

Leadership & Soft Skills

- Strong leadership presence with a track record of driving safety-first organizational culture.
- Excellent negotiation, budget management, and decision-making capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of Mexican industrial labor laws and San Luis Potosí regional supply chain ecosystem.
