Join our team as a **Lead Salesforce Business Analyst** to support the analysis and optimization of multiple Salesforce instances.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze multiple Salesforce instances to identify process overlaps and redundancies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes
- Evaluate declarative Salesforce functionality to recommend process improvements
- Facilitate discussions with business teams to gather requirements and feedback
- Develop clear documentation and process maps for proposed changes
- Support decision-making on process consolidation, removal, or retention
- Communicate analysis outcomes and recommendations to technical and business teams
- Coordinate with Salesforce administrators and developers to implement approved changes
- Monitor post-implementation results to ensure process effectiveness
- Provide expert advice on Salesforce declarative capabilities and best practices
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Salesforce business analysis with 5+ years of relevant work
- Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce functionality
- Proven leadership skills in managing complex analysis projects
- Experience in analyzing and consolidating multiple Salesforce instances
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills for process evaluation and optimization
- Ability to document and present business processes clearly
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams
- B2+ level English proficiency
