**Responsibilities**
- Analyze various Salesforce environments to detect process duplications and inefficiencies
- Work closely with business stakeholders to capture and document business workflows
- Assess declarative Salesforce features to suggest enhancements
- Lead discussions with business groups to collect requirements and input
- Create comprehensive documentation and process flowcharts for recommended adjustments
- Assist in decision-making regarding process consolidation, elimination, or maintenance
- Present analysis results and proposals to technical and business teams
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers to execute agreed changes
- Track outcomes after implementation to verify process improvements
- Offer expert guidance on Salesforce declarative features and industry best practices
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Salesforce business analysis with over 7 years of relevant work
- Deep knowledge of declarative Salesforce capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex analysis initiatives
- Background in evaluating and consolidating multiple Salesforce environments
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with business stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for evaluating and refining processes
- Skill in documenting and presenting business workflows clearly
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams
- English proficiency at B2+ level
