What You'll Do:
- Request, track, and organize medical records and bills
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain accurate digital files
- Support settlement negotiations and trial preparation
Who We're Looking For:
- Entry-level or experienced professionals
- Strong English communication skills
- Organized, teachable, and responsive
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Filevine/RingCentral is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a bonus
