**About the role**
We are seeking a hands-on **Tech Lead** to drive technical excellence and innovation in our eCommerce initiatives. You will lead by example, making pragmatic technical decisions, mentoring the team, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that advance our eCommerce strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for eCommerce projects across **Salesforce & integration platforms.**:
- Hands-on experience with **Salesforce customization and integration**.
- Experience with **integration platforms** (APIs, middleware,



or enterprise integration tools)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that maximize value and impact.
- Set technical expectations and standards for the team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Mentor and guide developers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and problem-solving.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative, practical solutions.
