We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop tailored job descriptions
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Providing mentorship and training to junior recruitment staff
- Tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on progress to management
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or specialized role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends in engineering and technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing the recruitment process independently
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Fluency in English is highly preferred
- Experience in engineering or technology recruitment is a strong advantage
