Key Responsibilities

- Process and reconcile vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
- Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth payment processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2C1 or higher).




- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
