Senior Engineering Administrator - Automotive industry
Location: Puerto Interior, Silao, Guanajuato.
Industry: Automotive Manufacturing.
Purpose of the position:
Responsible for coordinating department activities, preparing reports, and proactively collaborating to maintain a healthy work environment.
Main responsibilities
- Planning short
- and medium-term activities.
- Scheduling and reviewing department expenses.
- Requesting, reviewing, compiling, and generating indicator analysis for the operations department.
- Leading projects.
- Generating KPI analysis for decision-making.
- Comply with and enforce rules and discipline.
- Attend to and respond to audits.
- Manage authorized budget.
- Implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Ensure that customer focus is promoted within the organization.
**Requirements**:
Academic background: Engineering.




Desirable experience: 4 years in production process management positions, preferably in companies in the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office
- ERP/MRP system
- Production system
- Advanced calculations
- Languages: Advanced English (spoken and written desirable).
