As we continue to expand our DSCR lending platform, we are looking for a full-time, remote DSCR Mortgage Analyst based in Mexico. You will partner closely with our Business Development team to provide accurate loan quotes,
update loan scenarios as new information is received, and help borrowers understand available financing options. Previous experience in the mortgage industry - particularly with DSCR, Non-QM, or investment property lending - is highly preferred but not required. Analyze borrower scenarios using Loan Mountain Capital's DSCR lending guidelines. Structure loan terms based on borrower qualifications, property information, and program requirements. Maintain accurate loan scenarios and borrower information in CRM and internal systems. Experience with DSCR loans, Non-QM lending, or business-purpose real estate lending is highly preferred. Understanding of investment real estate financing. Ability to quickly master Loan Mountain Capital's lending products and underwriting guidelines. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in the mortgage, banking, financial services, or real estate industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience . Job Type: Full-time
