- Job Summary**
The Purchasing Trainee will support the purchasing department in daily operations, learning fundamental procurement processes and contributing to the efficient acquisition of goods and services for Valeo Automotive Air Conditioning Hubei.
- Job Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the purchasing team in supplier research, evaluation, and selection processes.
- Help maintain supplier databases and records, ensuring information is current and accurate.
- Participate in the negotiation of pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers under the guidance of senior purchasers.
- Track and monitor supplier performance, including delivery times, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, production, quality) to ensure timely and efficient material flow.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries,



and product specifications.
- Prepare reports and analyses related to purchasing activities and supplier performance.Job Qualifications**
