**JR-********* Financial Analyst**
**Responsabilities**:
- Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the assigned business unit in alignment with long‐term operational objectives, budget targets, and forecast expectations.
- Support the development of annual financial objectives that align with business partners' growth and expansion plans.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including fcst performance target explanations, & budget‐to‐forecast variance analysis.
- Review, monitor, and ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance requirements, and established financial procedures.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business partners across functions.
- Demonstrate leadership by modeling GM behaviors, fostering personal development, and contributing to a positive Workplace of Choice culture.
- Provide strategic insights by connecting project outcomes to broader operational strategies and enterprise goals.
- Anticipate and respond proactively to partner needs, ensuring timely and effective financial guidance.
**Required Skills**:
- **Education**:Finance, Accounting, Administration
- **English**:Advanced (Conversational)
- **Experience**:Reports and presentations, expense control, budget plants, financial statement analysis, projections and budgets
- **Softwares**:Excel Avanced - Power Bi - SAP
