We're looking for a **Senior Backend Developer** who loves solving complex problems and building scalable, high-performance systems in **C#** and **AWS**. You'll join a multidisciplinary team working on **Varicent's Incentives platform** — a large-scale SaaS product that helps enterprises worldwide optimize performance and rewards.
**What You'll Do**:
- Design and build **REST APIs** and backend services in **C# /.NET**.
- Develop and optimize **AWS-based infrastructure** (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift).




- Tackle **data-intensive challenges**, ensuring scalability and low latency.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Frontend teams in an **Agile** environment.
- Automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines using **Infrastructure-as-Code**.
**What You Bring**:
- 4+ years of backend experience with **C# /.NET**.
- Strong knowledge of **API design**, databases (SQL / NoSQL), and cloud architecture.
