We are now looking for a Solution Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in helping customers and partners design and implement the best XCALLY solutions for their business needs.
We are seeking an extremely independent and self-driven professional, capable of managing tasks and priorities autonomously while maintaining a strong motivation to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities
Promote XCALLY solutions to customers and partners through presales and product consulting activities.
Conduct live demos and Proof of Concepts (PoC) to showcase the platform’s value.
Analyze customer requirements and identify the most suitable solution and architecture.
Support the sales team in defining and quoting tailored proposals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong technical expertise on the XCALLY platform or similar solutions.
Knowledge of Contact Center system integration and CRM connectivity.
Ability to design and configure call flows and develop custom demos.
Experience in AI and automation implementation within CX platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
