The Collections Agent is responsible for conducting telephone collection efforts with customers who have overdue payments.
The goal is to recover outstanding balances in a professional, clear, and result-oriented manner.
This role requires consistency, timely follow-up, and a focus on weekly performance metrics
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make calls to delinquent customers to recover payments.
- Account Management: Provide continuous follow-up on assigned accounts.
- Communication: Clearly explain balances, payment options, and next steps to customers.
- Data Entry: Accurately record every interaction in internal systems.
- Goal Achievement: Meet weekly productivity and recovery objectives.
- Collaboration: Maintain constant communication with supervisors and the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
- Professionalism: Act in a professional, respectful, and solution-oriented manner.
Pay: $15,****** per month
