**Responsibilities**:
- AP/GL accountant, the majority of responsibilities focus on accounts payable (70%) and 30% on general accounting.
- Process payments for foreign suppliers, primarily in the United States and China.
- Contact suppliers/internal buyers to resolve errors in partial or duplicate shipments, prices, substitutions, among others, and collaborate with them to resolve discrepancies.




- Schedule and process supplier payments in accordance with company policies.
- Responsible for monthly closing activities and financial reporting related to the area.
- Provide information and reports to external auditors.
- Assist with other accounting activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
- Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like pivot tables and v-lookups.
