**JOB SUMMARY**
Responsible for planning, integrating, and executing operations in the areas of manufacturing, planning, and procedures, optimizing resource availability
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Optimizes resources to meet production schedules on time and in accordance with specifications.
- Ensures on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures production quality levels meet specifications.
- Implements actions that contribute to achieving the site's operational KPIs.
- Develops continuous improvement and cost reduction plans with the team.
- Ensures compliance with the Internal Work Regulations.
- Ensures compliance with Industrial Safety and Environmental Regulations and Procedures to verify that personnel under their supervision are working under safe conditions.
**AUTHORITY**
- Stops the production line if necessary
- Human Resources Management.
- Review inventories at discretion
- Implement administrative procedures when necessary
- Request training courses for staff under your supervision
**EDUCATION**




- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Required
- Master's degree in Industrial Administration.
Desirable
**EXPERIENCE**
- 3+ years as Operations Superintendent.

**LANGUAGES**
- 90% fluency in written and spoken English
