- Conversational English and Spanish (to attend international clients)
- Proven sales experience (vacation club, real estate, or similar)
- Living near Puerto Aventuras or Playa del Carmen (max. 30-40 min)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Positive, professional, and results-oriented attitude
