**Recruitment Specialist (Temporary)**
**What you’ll do**:
- Full-cycle recruiting across the Americas
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Use job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Engage in proactive talent search
- Prepare and extend job offers.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Participate in career fairs and networking events
- Present weekly funnel metrics and insights
**What is required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment within Manufacturing Industries, Large Companies, R&D; Technical Centers or Automotive Sector.
- Working knowledge of ATS
- Strong sourcing skills, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative methods
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions/projects in a fast-paced,



results-oriented environment.
- English proficiency is a must
