We are seeking a highly organized and experienced **Site and Facilities Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations and infrastructure management of a large-scale data center project.
This role is critical to ensuring the seamless coordination of site activities, facility readiness, and compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise all site-related activities, including facility operations, maintenance, and contractor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all phases of the project.
- Oversee infrastructure readiness, including mechanical, electrical, and civil systems,



ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain operational continuity.
- Monitor and report on site progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Support commissioning and handover processes, ensuring all systems are fully functional and documented.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in site or facilities management within industrial or data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) and industrial safety standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency required.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Experience in hyperscale or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
