**Role Objective**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Expert Engineering Support**: Resolve critical product failures in the manufacturing test environment by performing deep-dive root cause analysis.
- **Design & Debugging**: Identify and fix failures stemming from RF hardware design, PCB issues, or sophisticated test software.
- **Test Automation**: Develop and optimize automated test procedures using **Python, C++, MATLAB, or LabVIEW** to interface with high-end instrumentation.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze RF metrics (**EVM, SNR, Modulation Error**) to identify trends and prevent production bottlenecks.
- **Infrastructure Management**: Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches) and servers (Exchange/Production servers) relevant to the test floor.
- **Strategic Documentation**: Create clear, professional test plans, procedures, and technical reports for integral engineering teams.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
**Education & Experience**
- **Degree**: Bachelor's in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics**, or a related STEM field.
**A Master's degree is a strong plus.

**Technical Mastery**
- **RF Fundamentals**: Deep knowledge of signal propagation, antenna theory, modulation (QAM/OFDM), and **EVM** analysis.
- **Instrumentation**: Proficiency with Spectrum Analyzers, **VNAs (Vector Network Analyzers)**, Signal Generators, and Power Meters.
- **Software/Coding**: Strong ability to script and automate tests in **Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW**.
- **Networking & Protocols**: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, Subnetting, and communication protocols like **I2C, RS232, and MODBUS**.




- **Hardware Knowledge**: Experience with **RF Chambers**, DAQ modules, and high-volume production line automation.
**Key Competencies**
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for **complex RF hardware issues**.
- Ability to interface effectively with **customer technical personnel** and global design teams.
