**What We're Looking For**
- 1+ year of experience in **retention, sales, or customer service**:
- Strong interpersonal and **relationship‐building skills**:
- Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and trends
- Excellent **communication skills in English and Spanish**:
- Experience in call centers and **CRM systems** is a plus
